I tried to upload my head texture, but it seems that nobody got it. Maybe it's because I was so silly to upload my head texture when my forum name was Doom and not Bot. Can that be that I can not upload my head as Bot because I've already uploaded it as Doom? If so can any of the admins allow me to upload the head again or rename Doom's head to Bot?

I think you need to keep the head name as "head.tga" and put it in your custom folder aswell, and upload it.

Did that, named the 128*128 (!!!) tga file head.tga and put it into custom\bot then uploaded it, but everyone says that they don't see the head.

Perhaps its a conflict with two diffrent heads on your regkey, send an email to support AT Toribash.com and they should be able to help you

also it won't show up right away, log on and off of toribash a few times(not forums) and it might show up...
