I had a power failure for a short while so my computer shut down. After that, when i opened toribash it lagged from 60fps to 9fps. I tried restarting my comp, reinstalling and such but nothing happened. Only the toribash is like this. Everything else is like normal.

Hmm you say you did try reinstalling, maybe try reinstalling your drivers, they might got damaged somehow.
Does your stderr.txt print out anything when you open toribash?
