In Toribash forums:

1. When Quick Replying, click the Go Advanced button
2. Scroll down a bit until you see a Manage Attachments button
3. Browse your pic from your computer and press Upload
4. An another way to post a pic, yay

No idea if there is any other way...

i already found another way thx.
i just copy the [img] link at photobucket and paste it into the thread. thx anyways
