You grab the part, contract your arm and then extend it, releasing your grip as you extend your arm. Basically you move your arm and let go. The part keeps moving.

Grab the object, rotate your chest and pecs to create a swinging motion. Then let go of the object.

It takes alot of practice, and you can experiment with the joints like contracting/extending your wrist or elbow.
IF u are planning to throw a heavy object like a body :P, try to stay based in the ground, if u do it in the air, the body will do an equivallent force in you and you will rotate.
