So i tried a new running style.
i saw it in the trailer for tb and in one of nuthugs freerunning rpls.
but i cant do it.

From what I see I conclude you step too early. You fall backwards because you haven't waited long enough before stepping. So wait a bit longer so your body is more tilted forward. But I'm not a running expert, so any other hints that contradict this should be used.

Hmm meamme is right timing is needed when you run and try to hhold and relax your leg joints too anyways i cant help you now cause my computers graphic card is busted
