I've given 500TC to Yorthan for a head, i know what i did was wrong, i should've given him 1K. But he settled for 500TC and was ment to send the head, he hasnt sent the head in 3 to 4 days, hasn't posted back or been active in-game, is there any way for a mod to get my money back? I need all the TC i can get TBH...

You had a deal, you can only get the cash back if he agrees. You basically had a contract and he lowered the price to be nice.
He should lose cash because of that.
He might just be busy or something, if he doesnt come back on for another week.. post again .. or if you talk to him and get or dont get the head, post here. Otherwise, dont. (Unless its reeeealllly important)
