Eh, I don't like the eyes. I think it might be cool to leave the face blank. I don't like the torso shading, I also think that could look good being left as it was. The arm shading is great, as is the ear. I think you could fix the neck by curving it in to the chin instead of connecting the neck and chin with a strait line.
