Hey guys. I havent played in like 2 years and I got my eyes on some platinum items so I was wondering, can i use them even though I dont have the required Qi? If so how?

buy from a authorized shop, will cost more but if u realy want ;P

Yeah, basically the only authorised shops are Veb's and Hector's. Alternatively you could purchase a pack, which doesn't carry a Qi restriction.
