Uhm, I signed up for Gamefly successfully, about 5-10 minutes, I could give you my account (name) if necessary, but I have yet to receive the 36k, and I may be rushing things, but how long will it be until I get the credits?

Also be aware all responsibility lies with the third party hoster of the survey to make sure you receive your toricredits. From what I've seen some of them are pretty dodgy, you could if you really want contact the third party and if you've followed all procedures properly they should be obligated to fix the problem, they probably won't though.
