They do. Some items have limited restock. Elf will probably not get back in store. Know that you need a high belt for elf items.

Items with Qi restriction won't get restocked.
Elf is one of them, thus no restock for Elf.

The items that will be restocked will be restocked when ToriShop admins feel like it.
