Still need to push eyes backwards and include a bit more detail.

It needs a little brighter and more defined hilights at the edges. The desing looks ok to me, but the middle part is a little too empty though. Also, I prefer working at higher resolutions. You will be able to do more little details, and make it overall sharper.

Also, pay attention for the sphere mapping, the top and bottom parts will now look distorted.
