I am behind a university firewall and can't connect to the game server(s)...

Usually, with HTTP Tunnel and Sockscap, I think I simply add the program to Sockscap and run it through there...

Anyone knows what to do with Toribash?

You can remove Toribash from your firewall list.

Nevermind =) Solved it. It was my own oversight ^^U

For anyone who is behind a university firewall, here's a mini-tutorial:

1a) Download HTTP Tunnel
1b) Configure HTTP Tunnel appropriately; this would probably be auto-detect. The open port should be 1080 by default.
2a) Download Sockscap
2b) Configure Sockscap appropriately in accordance with HTTP Tunnel settings, i.e. 127.0.0.1 : 1080 by default, connecting by SOCK5, attempt local before remote.
2c) Add BOTH Toribash.exe and tb.exe to Sockscap.
3a) Run Toribash through Sockscap, and you have successfully tunneled through the firewall =)
