Pretty nice hair effect :P.

Tip on animating it. To make a nice loop set the hair to be down on half the frames then up again to get a continuous wave

It took me a while, but I made it flow.



Also, good job on the animation and hair effect.
The only thing I don't like is that yellow color when the hair de-puffs.
