Can I get C&C please and some ratings

They all look very nice, But there are a few things I think could make them better.

On the first one, I would lower the opacity of the grunge effect over the stocks, It makes them hard to make out.

The second one is by far my favorite, I love the simplicity of it.

The third one is good, Although I cannot really tell how much of it is actually work, And how much is grunge brushing.
