Don't really know how to call her yet, but I took some visual cues off Drossel from Fireball (check it out on youtube, its quite a nice if not short series)

Been a while since i ventured into character design again, so quality may not be up to scratch. Had to inject the maximum cute factor I could without overblowing it.

I've never seen the show you're talking about but that is awesome. The shading looks a bit too harsh on the back however. It would also be nice if the face had a little bit more detail, although the original model may be like that so I don't know if that was intentional or not.
