Can some one tell me what do i need to make shaders work?
like the graph card, ram and so...

Flesh, your graphics card needs to support Open GL 2.0
For shaders to be running at a fast speed you probably need about 1 gig ram
With a single 3.0ghz Processor or a 2.0 Ghz (or over) Dual Core.
If you graphics card supports Open GL 2.0 and you only have a single 2.0 (or less) Processor you can still run shaders, just quite slowly.
Note: Not all Graphics cards that support Open GL 2.0 work, so ask some of your friends that play Toribash which card they use.
