oh i got another question. i dont know if i can poste a new since its my thread so please let me know if i can or cant.
ingame: ingame when i click on my joints it only change between extending and contracting, but do i change it so it makes relax, hold, contract, and extend

esc>>setup>>options>> mouse buttons if its 0 make it 1 if its 1 make it 2 if its 2 make it 0

I think you have to use your keyboard for this one.

Use your mouse to rollover and highlight a joint, then press Z to vary from Contract and Extend, and X to vary from Hold and Relax.

i know but yesterday i could just press with the mouse button only to do this. i tried all buttons on my keybord to get it back but i cant
now i sux online couse i cant get it working.

Esc - Option - Mouse Buttons:
0 -extending & contracting
1 - adds relax or hold (don't remember)
... Try 1 or 2

i dont have that option?
should i try to download a new versien? couse i just did soome weeks ago
