Help, can i do shaders?
I have a Nvidia Geforce 6200 A-LE 256MB card.

What do i need to do? Upgrade my drivers or what? Because i click shaders in my options then it try's to set up to shaders but it wont, it says "Not responding" in windows task manager.

May some one help me?

6200 should be able to run shaders, slowly, but it should be able to.

Get this, which is the latest driver for your device, install it and you'll be able to run shaders.
