1. I am planning to sell head textures. Do I need to buy the uploader.
2. Is the uploader 2000 TC called 'Head Texture'?
3. How do I send the consumer my texture and ensure he sends me TCs?

You can sell heads without the head texture item, you will need to provide a preview though, easiest method is to use GIMP's spinning globe.
To send your head, just upload the image onto a hosting site and send a link. There is no guaranteed way to ensure that the buyer pays for it, you can always report a scam though.

Two more things. Firstly, can you give me an example of a hosting site and is it free?
Also, if you use the head texture to give yourself a head but you decide to change the head texture, do you have to buy another head texture?

And, once you buy the "head texture" (uploader) item from torishop you can upload as many textures as you want.
No need to buy it again.

Basically it means just that. but If you only share the link with one person i doubt other people will find it. Unless you tag the Image you upload with "toribash" "head" "texture".

I fyou won't tag it I'm 98.5% sure only you and the guy who you send the link will know it.
