that looks NOTHING, like a man :v looks more like an alien, or a man with a backwing and a (sorry to say) a penis growing out of his belly button, make it more realistic, the head is a wierd shape, and it seems like the right eye is cut down the middle, atleast you got some basics down, but i think you went a bit crazy with some of the parts :v

If it's a human, why got it wings?

Well, I see a mouth..weird eyes...some type of ear...baby-ish head? maybe wings....and a boner belly...
