when putting shader to 1 my computer goes slow along with toribash.HELP PLEASE!!!

Could you please be more specific about your NVidia..? instead of Radeonx600 maybe say SE Radeon X600 HD ST or something..

correction: i have NVidia GeForce Go 7600

Be sure you're using the latest version of Toribash.
You can cancel some of the graphics features: reflections, blood, soft shadows.
Can also turn frame skipping on.

julius, especially make sure fluid blood + soft shadows are turned to 0

those are biggies.
