I briefly searched FAQ and found nothing with ctrl + f so, why am I unable to place images in my signature? In permissions it says Images - No. How am I able to make it yes?

You'll need toriprime which costs $10 and which can be found here. It is very useful if you are an active member of the community since it lasts for a year and gives you the ability to have unlimited characters in your signature(though there is a limit for other's people sake), changing your usertitle and having a picture in your signature.

You need to purchase Toriprime.

It allows you to put images in your signature, a larger character limit within your signature, to change your forum title and access a secret board. It costs $10 a year.
