hey guys. i cant log in to my roribash account in the game. yes i have registerd and i have use the correct password many times. even had a 2nd registration on another email address yet i still cant get on. is there some1 that can help me? or who can i contact and where and how? thanx guys

1. Are you sure you pressed "enter" after you type your Login and Password?

2. Watch if your Caps Lock was on

3. You use the correct password, but, do you use the correct Nickname?

4. When you goes to multiplayer, after "logging in", does something appears on the chat (on the bottom left corner)? If does, tell me what appeared.

And, log ons only count in multiplayer. Otherwise they just act as a nick in single.

Something that occurs quite often, is that players forget to activate their account.
You're supposed to have activation mail in your mailbox.

well my planned name is spitfire and when i enter a server it says failed to log in was spitfire then may name changes to playerID### and i spectate. and oh i dont see anyhting to do with activation. last thing i got was the email giving me my name and password witch im sure i enter correct. (did it alot). i`ll keep tryin out stuf. thanx for the help

You actually need to use your forum name, which is:
Spitf1r3
not
Spitfire

You need to type in your username exactly as it appears on the forums.
Don't think capitals matter though.

So try logging in with Spitf1r3 then your Password.

...and you have actually tried logging in as SpiTf1R3, not Spitfire, as Hawkinz suggested?

erm is it that your TB is being blocked by a firewall? or does that come up with another message?

yep i`ve tried both names. um if it were blocked it shouldnt let me play at all. i mean i type /login and i play as some multi random symbol name. but yea i`ll check my firewall stuff.... nope firewall off
