why can't i see what posts and threads i've started it just says too slow... disabled for now

The search button is down for now, and to find you're other posts and threads the forum searches for them with you're username.
So you need to wait for the search button to get back up.

There's an efficient way to keep track of the threads you have made and threads you have posted on.

1) Go to User CP
2) Edit Options
3) Scroll down to the box entitled as Default Thread Subscription Mode
4) Choose No email notification from the list
5) Scroll all the way down and press Save Changes
6) Now whenever you post a thread or in a thread and anyone who posts there after your post, the thread will be shown in your User CP.
