Rate them please.

Are they made by scrach? They look little stereotypical, but cool.

not all, sometimes i do like this:

lets imagine im making a.........uhm..... head of some guy called "Squwrgl" (whatever >_>)
i go to google and look for images with "Squwrgl"
then i see, "hey, thats Squwrgl from the side" i pick it aand save it.
i look for more images and combine little pieces of multiple images.
example: from one picture i take an eye, from another picture a nose etc.etc.

if i do that (i dont do it much) i always only take the faces out of images. the skin and hair, i do those myself.


^beware that that is only from a few of my heads.

but, does it really matter how i made them, you have to look at the result i think.




btw, i forgot the head in my avatar.

i think Bob-Omb head is greatest ;]

btw, new head. I dont got a name for it though, and it is completely from scratch. i clicked 20 filters (i have no freaking idea wich ones) and suddenly i got this;

<smaller one since the original was too big>

Grats on the cut and paste job dude. Seems you spent sum time meticulously cutting around the heads you found on the internet and lovingly doodled the edges in gimp or whatever you used...*clap,clap*...well done...*clap,clap*...

Lakitu and your avatar are the only ones we can really comment on. I like them.
Although unfortunately i have to question if Lakitu is your own work. As well as your eyes in the avatar, although they do work quite well.

As for constructive criticism, try creating something unique

@Ern Even if he did copy and paste, it's still a job well done. As he said before, he took pieces of different images and stuck them together. That takes much more effort to complete. Think of it as a collage.

I realize the effort he must have put in.

I just don't find it very impressive. Nor do i feel i can comment on this work in relation to him, as he did not make it. He merely "cut and pasted/doodled". I'm not going to give him a nice well done for sitting for ages doing all this. he could have made something himself by now.

as i SAID, i clearly told that i did those copy and paste things for only A FEW heads.

but does it REALLY matter how it is made? does that make the head less pretty?

i dont think so......(<-my opinion)

and the eyes in my avatar, i made those myself. as well as Lakitu.


and for the photoshop heads, i was just making some pictures and then i thought: 'why not wrap them up into a ball? it could be fun....."


(and for the "copy n paste" things, its hard to get the pieces right on the globe)

These are just awesome.

Maybe a Pikachu head next time...? That'd be great!
