It sets up a good evasion of a kick! If you connect to the arms, try to use ur leg into a kick. If you connect to the head, bring up both legs and utilize them the best u can or try to rip it off. You can do a lot with this position. This position is MOST VUNERABLE if a very big kick is used in the same direction you are turning.
YOU CAN ALSO CHANGE THE ROTATION AND LEG LIFT TO THE OTHER SIDE, JUST MAKE SURE THEY CORRESPOND WITH THE DIRECTION YOU ARE GOING!
