Hehe, i remember when i was like this. Look mate, you should practice abit more before trying to sell your heads.

Things you need to do to the head to make it buyable:
Smoothen out the lines,
Raise the eyes and mouth,
Give it abit more detail,
Add some shading.
Think of colours that would match some toriparts.

This head you've created costs at most 50 tc

i don`t know howto do that i just used to buy textures and sell them.....
