As far as I know you can't now. But there's a chance I may be wrong.

I think some people do by paying USD. Maybe.

AFAIK only admins can transfer QI, but they doesn't do that for regular players ofc.
Also, it won't be possible cuz it can be sorta abused >:|

It is illegal now to transfer qi

and besides there is really no such thing as "transferring" qi
because I know how hard it is to do it

they dont transfer but they edit both account

they copy paste the qi of the other account and add it to your main account

and they remove the qi in your account

so its a pain in the ass

but I experianced having qi by transfer before
i wont say who done it though :P
