100x100 GIFs dont work, try taking it down to 96x96 or smaller.

nah nah nah, ishi. 100x100 is fine, just nothing over. If u have it bigger than 100x100 then forum resizes... forum cant resize animation so it just takes the first frame.

Make it 100x100 or less with a program such as virtualdub. (free)
