What does non existing mean mean?

I see it lots; red writing, all capitals, and a "!" and the end of it

Yes, it means the person is banned.

Yeah means the user is either permanent ban or ban for a Cretan amount time

SUSPENDED! is the old version of NON-EXISTING!.
Well, nowadays you could say that those people are permabanned because SUSPENDED! was used around two years ago.

Yeah, we changed it, but the forum doesn't automatically update. As such, anyone who has it was banned before we changed it, which was a very long time ago. Probably around a year and a half ago. Some of them might be getting unbanned in the next year, but a lot won't.
