ok i know how to find people with a bounty but how do u claim the tc?

Look in the list for people who have unclaimed bounties on them.

Then if you find one of them ingame, the next person to beat them will win the money. So its not a very easy way of doing it, but if you try for long enough you will win one eventually.

If I put a bounty on you right now, the next time you loose a game, the person who beat you will win the money.
