Tools of the Trade
Pen Tool - All shapes/Lines
Gradients - Fading of the hair and base shading
Soft Brush - Low Opacity/Low Flow for Foreground shading
Hard Brush - Base hair shades
Difference Clouds/Smudge/Sharpen - Hair Details

You're work is always a pleasure Mrama, my only problem is the multiple chins look, if you kept the darkest chin at the top on right under the mouth, and made the other ones very low opacity, or just move them further down.
But I will still give you a 10/10 because this head is basically perfect.
I bought a subscription to Wibbles so I think this quote is necessary,
