yeah, that's pretty good for a first attempt. But like Ben said, you need to look at a whole bunch of tuts and examples of manga. You need to work on making it look more manga-y. Make the eyes bigger or something to that effect. Oh, and make the chin a little pointier. Less curves, more sharp, crisp lines I would say.
