he said he would transfer me a pack for 1000 (i ever did this) so i sent him the money and then he logged off saying i will transfer it from another ac and didnt send it i waited 1 h and no response how i react

I would wait for at least 48 hours before filling a report, chances are he had a valid reason for logging off. In any case this isn't support material. Closed.
