LilTerror, Well, i am relatively new to making these, why should it be against the rules? I drew it MYSELF on paint, then played around with it on GIMP!

because any c/p heads have to have the reference with them now so it is a free head even with the filter.

What is C/P?

anything from the internet used in a pic is considered that of c/p
even if you took the skull from the internet and did the background your self its still considered a c/p head.

I did not take ANYTHING from the internet though! I drew it on paint!

It might be C/P because I PUT IT on the internet... on image shack!
