It isn't abuse. These are simply things to announce that something good is happening.

If someone was having a tourney for 1mil tc and you missed it wouldn't you be sad? With this you won't.

But they werent tourneys. They were duels. He was spamming the global announcer AND there was nothing good going on. Just a room full of spectated people with a 1m duel mode set on.
