ok dude try using the pen-tool to get smooth lines and do it as wips and use layers layer 1 white bg layer 2 lines layer 3 and then edit 1st layer for the bg and if u want grass or somthink make a new layer again. then to shade go on the colour layer and get different blends of that sam colours ur using.

try this and lemme see what u get ;)

You should try to draw over a sketch or something (if you didn't already)
The drop shadow around the girl doesn't make sense, so I would delete it to make it look less amateurish. If you can try shading her or, to start with, draw simple wrinkles in a darker pink on the dress, etc.

That is the most shit'est attempt to draw a girl ever.
