Nice,
the body proportions are kinda weird but you coloured
its nicely, did you use blur and airbrush and a pentool also the hair looks
shabby but it's nice also I dont like the name and you should put
he has the power to enhance power from the core of his soul because it sounds
rubbish that he '' he have fire element on his hand''
but apart from that really good also, fix body proportions nice shading and lovely drawing.
did you use a tablet?

Not bad but not really manga.
Manga has more hard shading like on the pic that NinjaRock posted.

Good:
The proportions aren't bad. They're okay.
Pretty good job with the pose.
The hair looks like it has been done pretty well, although blurry.

Bad:
The face looks too blurry.
You seem to have multiple sources of light from when you shaded it.
It might be just me, but the nose is awkward.

Cool drawing. Only thing I can say is that the nose, mouth and chin depth line are really vivid and clear whereas the rest of the face is blurred. Shading is done well, might just want to make the white bits of the arm sleeve a bit darker and the shaded part of the shirt on the left over the white looks sloppy. Fix up a few things and you will have an amazing piece of art.

I'd say its pretty good except in the face where you smudged around the eyes a bit to much :/
Either then that keep up the good drawings.
