You can ingame access the flame forge by clicking in setup>utils>flame forge.
You have many settings to choose from like colour, shape, etc.But flames are expensive and to forge one good flame you will need at least around 80k.
You can find cheaper flames in the market.

press Ctrl+L (flame forge) and set bodypart 11 or 12

12: left hand
