It was pretty good.
The song was good. I liked the replays. Most of them were really good. Also I liked the sync.
What I didn't like was the lagging(I tryed to watch this video several times and in different quality) and sudden changes of shaders. Also it was extremely annoying for me that in many places uke just suddenly appeared...

Didn't like the song. Slow motion was laggy, and whole video felt somewhat slow. Some points were completely out of sync, and those shader changes were just plain awkward and didn't fit. You might wanna use some better transitions and most of the times you made uke appear the video jumps a bit, gotta sync the clips.
Overall it was pretty decent I guess

Also something I noticed, at 4:00 is it just me or is the song 'Days Go By' by High Contrast in the background?

sinc at first is nice,
I didnt like much the effects, you should add more effects, not just some shader changing.
