Is there an option I can set to turn off the time limit on setting your guy? My friend and I are both new to the game and the time constraint is making it hard for us to learn so if there is a way to disable it that would help a lot.

You can do this command below

/set reactiontime (how many seconds you want here)
It Sets the amount of time (in seconds) that the players have to input their moves.

I am not sure about this, but i do believe that /set reactiontime 0 gives you unlimited time. If not, just set it insanely high.

After doing that, you need to do a /reset for the settings to reload into a new game.
