Neither can I. You need a specific file called "ffmpeg". You can find it here. Follow the other instructions on that thread and, theoretically, it should work.

...\data\bin folder from 3.6 to my new one in 3.1 but it still isnt working right,it creates a series of .ppm files in the screenshot section but not the .mpeg its self... thats all i know... anyone care to elaborate?
