I see alot more people with custom titles. (Knt sahee etc)
who is giving these out?

People are getting their custom titles from admins. I know that veb was selling them for a while, and last I checked he'll give you one for 100k Tc (probably twice that for an out-of-date fad-/meme-related one). Talk to him.

You need to be a friend of veb to get one.
He head a title shop once but it's closed now... just visit the mirc channel of toribash and be smart :P

Thats what it was a while ago.
Right now, you can get a title w/o bold or colors, for 25k. It costs 5k/10k (can't remember) if you want it changed.
Or, you can get one with bold and color with unlimited changes for 50k.
