I know about this and have various replays that suffer from it. As this was on multiplayer, it was probably due to some lagging due to 1. the collision and 2. the mod itself. But that's just my speculation. You should contact the maker of the mod and see what they say.

Problem established, explained and solutions suggested. There's no known fix as of now to my knowledge.
