Advanced running-Help please.
Okay, so I've got the basics of running down. My problem is now balance. After 4 steps using my most effective run, I eat dirt. I attached a replay so you can see what I mean.

I know that I'm supposed to use the lumbar and chest somehow.. as well as contracting or extending the ankles. But how? Everything I've tried so far has proven rather... counterproductive.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Also, If someone could suggest how to jump and keep on running, or vault and not end up on my back, I'd love you forever.
