I just found out!
I just found out that my graphics card will work with OpenGL 2.0 the only problem is that for some reason i don't have OpenGL 2.0, and my graphics card is upgraded as high as possible, so how can i get the OpenGL?

Look, you don't download OpenGL 2.0. It comes with the graphics card. If it doesn't work ingame, then you don't have it.

Update your graphics drivers.
