A) Using copyrighted work without proven owner consent (plagiarism) is strictly forbidden, and you must credit all other artists work. In other words, if you're selling c/p textures or images post a link to the original image.

B) Do not sell variations of the same texture to multiple users in any circumstance, re-colors or minor edits do not constitute a new texture.
Verkaufe ein Texture nicht mehrere malen. Selbe texture mit andere Farbe is noch immer das selbe Texture.
C) All textures and texture previews must have a note attached saying what resolution they are made and displayed in, from 128, 256 or 512.
Sie mussen sagen ob das texture 128x128, 256x256 oder 512x512 ist.
D) When selling an art piece that you bought from someone else, always credit the previous owner and original artist.
Beim Verkauf eines Kunstwerkes, dass Sie von jemandem gekauft hast, immer den Vorbesitzers und originelle Künstler melden.
E) Shops can not take requests, requesting art from a shop, or asking for people to request art from a shop are both rule violations.
Sie können nicht in einen shop fragen ob er ein texture macht für dich, für diese threads haben wir ein "Request" Board.
F) Criticism whether groundless or informative should now be kept to PM. As should questioning relating to the creation of artwork or software used. These will now fall under the category of useless posting.
Market ist nicht für Kritik auf Künst, aber für kaufen und verkaufen. PM für Kritik.
G) The art board is strictly for the buying and selling of art work. As such any 'Free Texture' shops or similar will be closed and the thread maker infracted.
Die Kunst Bord ist ausschließlich für den Kauf und Verkauf von Kunstwerken. Threads wie "Kostenlose textures" wirden geschlossen und der thread poster wird infraktiert.
