I don't really know if this is the right place but, I want to try to make my own mods and I don't really know where to go. Can somebody point me in the right direction to get started please?

Thanks guys, you've been really helpful. I now have a created a ball with spikes and chain vs grim reaper mod. Its not perfect but its better than a lot of the attempts at making mods on here
