what files do u use and how do u upload a spinny head, first one to tell me gets some tc.

It's easiest with GIMP.
Open the head texture.
Right click the image and click on "filters".
Then, click on "animation", then on "spinning globe".
Then, when the animation comes up, right click again and press "filters".
Finally, click on "playback".

Do what I said in the above post.
Then, save it in .gif format.
Go to imageshack.us.
Browse through your pictures for the one you want to upload.
Then, press upload.
A new page will come up.
To upload the spinny, copy-paste the link to the "insert image" option above your post.
Voila- You're done.
