Erm....one question.
How to do the 'spoiler' and the picture of the forces and relaxes like this here?

When you click on the spoiler icon it will ask you to put in text (front of spoiler)

Inisde code inbetween the you would put the picture.
[(SPOILER)="outside"][/SPOILER] (You would remove the () for it to work

what do you mean "what about the picture of forces and relaxes?"

You just copy the picture of the forces and laxes and paste them inbetween the two spoiler codes.

go to the torishop and left click the picture you want and then select "copy image address"
